Extra Space Storage facilities across Central Florida are scheduling a series of public auctions to liquidate personal property from delinquent tenants. The sales, mandated under the Florida Self Storage Facility Act, will take place at multiple locations in Orlando, Apopka, Winter Park, and Altamonte Springs. Bidders must pay in cash at the facility to complete transactions, and the storage companies retain the right to refuse any bid until possession is transferred.

The first wave of sales begins on November 17, 2026. At Store #6309 on West Central Parkway in Altamonte Springs, a noon auction will feature items from seven individuals, including Kyle Foley, whose contents include a wine cabinet and bookshelf, and Miguel Negron, who has furniture and boxes. A simultaneous noon auction will occur at Extra Space Storage #8558 on Rinehart Road in Lake Mary, involving four tenants such as Daniel Hudson, who is storing musical equipment and computer hardware.

A second round of auctions is set for November 19, 2026. This day involves seven separate sales across Orlando and St. Cloud. Events are scheduled as early as 10:00 AM at 6068 Wooden Pine Drive, where Heyli Hernandez’s property, including speakers and wall art, will be sold. Later in the day, at 1:00 PM, Giovanni Bultron’s items at 7627 Narcoossee Road will be auctioned, though a note specifies that a vehicle associated with that unit is not included in the sale.

The largest cluster of sales occurs on November 20, 2026. More than ten different facilities will host auctions throughout the day. In Apopka, at 1:30 PM, Sydnye Raymond’s contents from a two-bedroom home, described as fully furnished, will go to the highest bidder at Store #7865. In Orlando, a 1:00 PM sale at 2650 N. Powers Drive includes items from six different individuals, ranging from household goods to a wheelchair and bags. Another 12:00 PM sale at 6205 W. Colonial Drive features ten separate tenants, including Kadeann Goulbourne and Jamaal Davis.

Two vehicles are included in the November 20 sales. At 12:00 PM on 1619 McVilla Avenue in Apopka, a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid owned by Nicole Sinclair and Patrick Sinclair will be auctioned. The lienholder for this vehicle is Credit Acceptance Corporation. Simultaneously, at 12:00 PM on 3416 Aloma Avenue in Winter Park, a 2016 Keystone Bullet Crossfire owned by John Houghtaling is listed, though the source notes the lienholder, VyStar Credit Union, and marks the vehicle as not for sale in that specific context, creating a distinct listing alongside other household goods.

A final auction is scheduled for November 24, 2026, at 9:00 AM. This event will take place online via lockerfox.com, with payment due at the facility located at 1264 Merritt Street in Altamonte Springs. The sale involves the personal property of three individuals: David Rund, Donovyn Akoon, and Dmariya Williams. Unlike the other events, this bidding process concludes at a specific time online rather than on-site.

Most in-person auctions are advertised on www.storagetreasures.com. The notices specify that purchases must be made with cash only. The storage companies, including Extra Space Storage and its affiliates Life Storage and Storage Express, reserve the right to rescind any purchase up until the winning bidder takes physical possession of the goods. The items up for sale range from standard furniture and clothing to specialized goods like auto parts, musical instruments, and construction tools.

Tenants listed in the notices include individuals such as Rachel Vanwolput, Jimie Bornett, and Karen Miller, whose contents are primarily described as household items. Other specific inventories include a guitar and TV for Jenny Thomas, a 4-seater dining table for Kahynia Rabsatt, and office items for CR Insurance Group LLC. The dates and times are fixed for each location, with the earliest starting at 10:00 AM and the latest ending at 2:30 PM on November 20.

The legal notices serve as formal advertisements required to enforce liens on stored property. The process allows storage facilities to recover costs owed by tenants who have failed to pay rent. By listing the specific contents and locations, the notices inform potential buyers and ensure legal compliance with state storage laws. The auctions will proceed according to the published schedule unless otherwise stated in subsequent legal filings.
